If I was Julian Winter, firstly I would make sure Morgs the assistant manager and bring in McCall (first choice) Dickov (second) Wilder (third) as manager. Then I would realise Kitson (4k), Robson (4k), Higgs (4k), Coyne (2k), Jean-Francois (2k), Williams (3k) and Cressy (6k) along with Forte (on 11k probs pay about 8k) going back to Southampton freeing up about 30k p/w in wages. Try and see if Leeds still want Flynn and try and offload Porter get about 300k, 400k. Try my best to hold on to Maguire but if he goes it not the end of the world (personally I'll think he'll stay, Lack of pace) and no one will go in for Long as he's not ready. Bid for quality players who are on free or cheap, Nicky law for example. IMO there is better quality in the blue square premier then who we have just realised. Also look to bring in player form a partner club such as the one in oz. Be ten times better in the loan market then we was last season. Both Cofie and Forte was both flops when we should tried to get someone like Slew back. Its a big job at lane to develop young players and aim for promotion, + sell your best young players is going to take a clever manager, ronnie moore, dean saunders, chris wilder, all good at this level united are a big club and managers will take job but will want assurances from the chairman.
