Don't believe the tripe that's been written in the mail weir Stephenson and winter have been looking at 6 or 7 targets 1 being billy sharp but Southampton want 50% of his wages paying but united want them to pay 75% we are still negotiating though

FGS - how many more players is this mad manager wanting? We've already got a first-team squad of 31 (for those who don't believe this - check the SUFC site)! Take away the cheque book and tell him to coach those he's got.

Sadly the old brigade are uncoachable. Weir cannot be expected to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. Utd need to get rid of these 'players', we all know who they are, the ones that can't play football.

To the poster above, new managers inherit squads. Sometimes the squad is good, in our case its decidedly average.
Of this 31 that you claim only 6 or 7 have been brought in my Weir and 2 of those are development players. The rest are certainly better than ought else we have.
He needs more of the same quality to make his system tick.
And as for 'Mad' FFS! I reckon he is one of the most sensible blokes in the game.

We must Give Weir the chance to get it right. His only fault so far is to be a bit too rigid with the style of play he wants, the guy is very much on a learning curve, hopefully upwards. UTB.

Lets be honest, one it clicks we will be off up the league and be a real force, we play the right way, create chances, but cannot convert the chances, once Taylor is sharp and is used to our style, or miller is back then look out league one!

the prince in talks with 3 more wealthy investors from Saudi to bankroll club to achieve its goal.

Who are you then the prince’s advisor? Get a grip and be happy with the investment coming in. Debt wiped out and money left over, the investment we have is very good, stop fantasising.

Heard that associate of the prince is looking to invest in Wednesday. Source unsure if this is just in an attempt to out do the prince as they are both into their fantasy football or putting the pieces in place for ground share or full merger. Seen as one way the prince would make profit. Bit like company acquisitions and mergers, happens all the time in business.

The Prince didn't wipe the debt, McCabe cleared it as part of the deal, as the debt we were in was to the McCabe family, leaving the Prince happier to invest because our financial situation is now good, the reason he didn't invest in leeds when Ken Bates was there is because the club was being run so poorly on the financial side, s as part of the deal between the prince and united, McCabe had to clear the debt if he wanted the Prince on board

McCabe was the only one we owed to so he either said goodbye to the money the club owed him or as mostly happens the investor (the prince) buys the club for a nominal fee £1 but takes on the debt in lieu of payment. Can't see McCabe giving 50% for nothing and if the prince was after a debt free club he was in for a long search, think there will have been a large brown envelope on Maccabedesk to get things this far

Why would the Prince want 3 more investers? He's a billionaire isn't he? Can he afford it himself?
