Cressy could do a job at left back. McCabe could save that £300k and spend it elsewhere.
On paint or the hotel even.

I reckon Cresy could do a good job at centre back. Like Collins, good awareness, good in the air, very slow on the ground, why not. Sadly, we've already brought Higginbothom in.

I would play Cressy as a roaming defender, stroke attacking midfielder.
A bit like Matthaus, likewise, with a good shot on him.

Heard rumours about a winger from the prem coming in on loan. Very highly dought its gunna be somone big, should imagine he's a young player looking for first team football.

Well I would probably rather have him than Jonathan Forte, only thing is he didn't score a goal for Ipswich in 17 appearances.

I appreciate your point but he is a proven goalscorer maybe not in current form but maybe by playing regularly would help sharpen him up, besides stats arent always the best way to buy a player, look at tom pope now compared to his rotherham days, scores 4 in 53 for rotherham then scores 4 against rotherham
