Ive heard about Jeffery Shclupp and Joe Garner and someone else but im not sure on the last one

No truth in Schlupp or Garner rumours mate, sorry.

Fair enough, you have your rumours, I have my information. never claimed to be DW's mate, and I'm certainly not a Wendy - I posted my response to a rumour and got royally slagged as a result. don't blame me for defending myself mate. As for twitter.....

Players have to say they haven't been talked to, if they say anything about being offered a contract in a private setting may make other teams become interested. It is in the contract offer that they aren't allowed to talk about the signing, if anything it would be leaked from someone working for either team. And no I don't mean someone who scrapes the crud off the pots and pans in the kitchen. Ok, to address any rumours that I have inside knowledge on:
We have made 0 cash bids for any players! And don't expect any either. The budget doesn't include money for transfer fees.
David Wotherspoon had a report filed on him, much like 3 other Scotland under 21 players, a move will be made for none o them.
Stuart Beavon looks unlikely to join, he has championship options.
And finally no bids have been received.

John fleck could be coming to lane, rejected contract from newco rangers and expressed his desire to play in England, no official source jus seems a possibility as he is a long term target for DW, depending on wage budget available obviously.

Yeh John Fleck has refused to join Rangers newco but Kyle Hutton has joined them. So it could be fair to say that Fleck maybe interested in taking up DW's offer (as he will now be a free agent) and joining the Blades after his rather unsuccessful loan spell with Blackpool last season. I'd have him, give him a chance; a lot of potential and he is still really young.

The budget Wilson is a sum of money, how Wilson decides to spend that between fees and wages is really up to him and the management but when it's gone it's gone.
