Yup. Not seen one like him in a while. He could have easily gone to a championship club or even a prem team as a future first teamer once he matures. Great signing and exactly what we need. Pacey, runs at defenders instead of sideways or backwards, skill, passing ability and not afraid to have a shot.

Yes scougall is good, but do you not forget about Baxter? Clough won't play both offensive midfielders at the same time, look at florent cuvelier great signing but never plays due to Baxter. As for scougall replacing Doyle, that's a load of s*** Doyle plays infront of the defense and we need that or our midfield would be exposed.

Love it. keyboard warriors slagging off Flynn. Nigel Clough is playing Flynn as he should be played, as a winger, not as defensive misfield cover for a dodgy left back. NOW we are seeing the best of Flynn, who was man of the match against Villa and narrowly beaten to the award against Fulham by Murphy, who also gets dog's abuse from the non-attenders.
Long is a liability. Brayford, Maguire, Collins, Harris/Hill across the back

Slightly off topic but does anybody else think that hill is much better at CB rather than LB I know he's small but he has one hell of a jump and his positional sense is better at CB also his lack of pace isn't exposed as much, just a though seeing as Maguire might be injured a while

Agree Hill is better as a CB, but that doesn't say much - he's that poor as a FB in my opinion! I would rather have a real CB as cover, and a real Left Back playing every week!

Craig Eastmond of Colchester Utd has been watched by Uts scouts the past few weeks. Could be preparing a deal for January but most likely in the summer. Long term replacement for Doyle, former Arsenal youth defensive midfielder, very good ball winner, plenty of energy, just what the Blades need!
