Hey I said contract talks have stalled, and they have. Yes he was offered a deal, but he didn't like it, hence the talks ended without agreement, i.e. stalled! Why is that so difficult for you to grasp? He may well sign an improved deal, but he does have plenty of other options, several from the NPC.
