Can't believe anyone was daft enough to even think Billy Sharp would have been coming back to united. We are bound by the Financial Fair play stuff which means no matter how much money the prince has we are restricted with our wage bill. Sharp in rumoured to command about £15k-£20k per week in wages and rightly so as a proven goalscorer at a top flight club. The annoying thing is I reckon Billy Sharp would love another crack at the whip at United to show everyone what he is capable of and prove his doubters wrong, he's a blade through and through and loves united as well. Clough and the club i'm sure would love to have him back as he would be more than a luxury at this level. But financially it was never ever going to happen!

The star say the Blackpool defend bob Harris was going to joing to along with scogol and brayfrod but because Blackpool have sacked ince the deal aha fallen through so maybe brayfrod and scougal today fingers crossed

Deals are often finalised days before they're announced! In principle the deals are signed and sealed but have to be registered by the FA and with the Football League before announcements. They don't rush when there isn't a game for 48 hours! Why do you think you often see videos of interviews days later of them on the training ground taking part?
