Billy sharp to sign at around 11 am tomorrow after talks over the weekend

I would be amazed if this came off, can't see it though TBH unless the investor has given the green light?

Been looking online about this investor, its a Nigerian property magnate called Jacob Esan (?). big news in Nigeria. He's bought into Scarborough Investments apparently too. Deals worth £500million. BUT. don't get all excited about seen Mezut Ozil sign tomorrow. That's to buy the shares, we won't see quite that much in transfer funds! {Ed001's Note - he is an investment banker who was brought in, last year about this time, to seek investment in the club. I think you might be misreading old reports, as he was made a director of Scarborough (in a number of its forms) and recently resigned the 3 directorship positions with them.}

Jacob Esan has been with the club since last year but has only been working with Sheffield United PLC not Sheffield United F. C. (two different businesses). The new investors are from the Middles East.

This investment isn't the nigerian from last year, I know this as I have a relative that is the main physio at the akademy and for sheffield united, I get the signtings of the players signings and the investment early, he said he is an indian invester, and is giving £15million to pay for debt, player wages and signings already, he also said that ched evans could be offered a contract ready for next season when he comes out of jail, this investment is very much true and looking good for sheffield united!

We sacked Ched, and also cancelled his contract and registration. I thought then that we should have retained the registration, so we would have been due a fee if he started playing again and we'd have first refusal, but we didn't. Other players have come back from similar prison spells and continued playing at our level and above, but the past is the past and Ched is only part of our history now, not our future.
