Weir has brought a lot of players in, particularly up front, leading to a big squad who are not producing results. I would not allow him to spend any more money until we get results - no good throwing good money after bad. Give him another few weeks and judge him and his players then. If no improvement, get rid of him, get a new manager and loan players and sell most of his purchases in January.
