As an Owl doubt it very much. 950n k would be more than we've paid for anyone. So far our transfer targets seem to be mainly those with Championship experience, Maguire has only played in 5 Championship level games according to Wiki. So I doubt it very much.

All of the players who were with united, last season were not all loanees, we had had the majority of them the season before. Now i know this is not united based, but the only players that did owt for wendy last season were....... Loanees! Fact!

This is a silly comment that does nothing for making me take Blunts seriously. Whilst Wednesday used more loanees than I would have liked it's a sign of the times. Since UEFA imposed the transfer windows on us the clubs in higher leagues have increased the number of players contracted to them. If you want decent talent at L1 level you usually have to loan. Wednesday at least paid wages on a par with this league while United kept paying Championship wages. Whether at least some of the players receiving those inflated wages were worth it is perhaps a separate point. Ultimately we all know about the proof of the pudding, Wednesday are in the Championship, United are not. It might be sensible for United to start looking for a few decent loans - get it right and who knows you might get back in the Championship.

It was all the loan players that sent u piggy's down to league 1, stop been a mardy bum cos u blunts have no money, no bottle & soon no players! In a interview with Wilson they asked him.. How far away are you from having a great team... Wilson says about 4 miles!!

I don't know about maguire but McDonald is deffo owls fan! He was at the ground all last week, loads of ppl seen him, Iv seen him, mi dad seen him, mi nan seen him, everyone seen him there, he won't have gone for nothing, medical & to sign, I hope we don't get him he's sh#t!!
