morgans barmy army!

Surely the last message should have read Morgan's barmy?

Chris stepped in as Interim Manager as I understand it, and has tried his best, as he always has for the Blades. Previously he was coach and ran the reserves, who won their league.
I would hope and expect him to revert to these roles, and work alongside the next Manager, whoever that may be.

Totally agree. Sensible blade

can't beat Yeovil, sorry but it needs a big clear out.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

The power shift has gone north mate to hillsborough. united said mind the gap last season when the point tally seemed insurmountable but the ows overtook them after another predictable blades choke at the end of the season, then the debacle of the play off final choke again. This season shouldn't have given up the lead shouldn't have sacked wilson then sell leading goal scorer then le another point lead slip. then choke again in th semi.
United are renowned for choking. boxing day, wembley semi and now eight play offs. the gap sure has expanded between the two city club. mind the gap united the city is ours the city is blue and white

Yes but who would come in no money no leadership McCabe with his sell sell sell spend nothing only allowed cheap lones after we sell all our good young players. This man is a joke just a business man who will make money at any cost but blame everyone but himself for what has happend to our club

Agree0 Disagree0

Just the usual end of season clear out. Manager, coach, a few big earners and assets people will pay good money for (Long, Maguire, McDonald perhaps), journeymen we can manage to pass on (Kitson, Higginbotham, Hill, Doyle, Collins, Robson, Williams). That leaves the youngsters (on little money) that can form the basis for the future.
Will the new manager put faith in them as the basis of the team and bring in a few experienced players with sufficient legs to still do a job for us? Or will he bring in a lot of other clubs rejects and we're in the same old boat? Tell you next May!

Congratulations to Yeovil showed united up made them look ordinary on a much smaller budget. wanted it more were more than one dimensional. united had no ideas or outlet shown go be a very very poor side clearly Morgan has little tactical ability and they will suffer this season, crowds will diminish there will be a fire sale of players. Unable to attract t any decent replacements the future doesn't look bright at all. At least the hotel near to bram hall lane is secure eh?

Though Ironside and McFadzean were stand out in an average line up. McGuire is vulnerable and naive long fortunate a couple of times and not as good as he was made out to be.

The power has definitely shifted to the north of the city with the owls. mind the gap.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

So, " the power has certainly shifted to the north of the city " --- never!
you got that badly wrong mate -- the power has always been there!

Sorry to agree with you but I think Mr McCabe is to blame as well and wait for it how long before it's everyone else to blame and the same old crap no money, cut the cloth for this division, etc etc no investment no direction true united fans can see this around the bend when will this man learn football is not just a money making business and to get things sorted out or sell and get out but who would buy at the price McCabe would charge that's another story for another day.

P. S god help us.
