Nobody knows how much we got for Lowton as it was an undisclosed fee, Daily Mail printed the story made up the amount to get a response from either united or villa but neither did. Safe bet it wasn't 3mil otherwise we wouldn't struggle for the 75 grand or rather 50 grand I heard we paid after negotiations for westlake.
