Kevin Mccabe is transfering BDTBL and the acadamy over to his Sheffield United PLC company. This will mean that United will now not own there own ground or acadamy and will have to pay rent to the PLC Company to carry on using it. There are many reasons why he is going to do this but the main reason is that once he has transfered the ground and acadamy over to the PLC side united will go into administration. If he does this it means that the club will have nothing to lose apart from the 10 point deduction that goes with admin. But then the club can start again with the debt clear and it will mean mccabe will have the ground, acadamy, hotel and buisness centre still all belonging to him and his PLC company. The only problem i can see with this is who in the near future would want to invest ina club that doe not own its own ground and training facilities? Who knows what will happen in the future or what Mccabe has got planned for the future but this is happening whether us die hard blades like it or not!!
Keep the faith and lets hope it all works out in the end

Proof? Oh yeah you haven't got any. The club's "real estate" could be anything. Could be just Shirecliffe, could be the Forsyth business centre on the corner of John St & Bramall Lane (yes this is legally a separate plot). No Proof its the gorund. And who'd want to buy a team that doesn't own it's ground? See Man City - Ethihad is leased by Manchester City Council - they haven't done bad!
He already got the buisness centre, he had that a long time ago! OK then explain what you think will happen! All McCabe is about is property and himself! If you think that he is doing this in SUFC best interest and not himself well your deluded!
