This is not necessarily a fact. It was put in ONE paper but not exactly the most reliable.

I agree 365 and if its true he has spoken to the press today and said he wants to leave or even hinted at it the club should fine him because he is actively engineering his own move.

Itl be Harry Who when McGahay breaks through. Hopefully the deal goes through. Totally agree, get it resolved, get a decent price and get them top targets in!

Whitwell, you can't fine a player for wanting to be ambitious. If he goes, then so be it but let's not get on a bandwagon and make him a villain. If you were in his shoes, you'd want to play in Premiership and Europe! Whatever is decided, it will be in the best interest of the club as Clough will not let him go cheap and without a replacement. And if he does go, then good luck to the lad!

Of course I would want to play in prem but there is a difference between that and purposefully underminig the club and trying to engineer a move. The club haven't said he can;t go they said they want their valuation met so the least he could do is be thankful to the club that nurtured him and keep his mouth shut in the press.

Don't think he has said anything out of term. Smacks of lazy journalism, any player if asked if they would like to play in the Premier League/Europe would say yes. That should be the aim of all of our young players. Good luck to him whatever happens, that being said I think his development would be better served with us for at least another year so we will just have to wait and see
