Can't see it - he was expected to break into the first team under O'Neil, but has had few games since. Can't see him dropping down to L1 with us though - Championship more likely if he does't figure in Lambert's plans

I am astounded at all these posts asking for McCabe to go without him we would really be in the brown smelly stuff. Everyone who has watched Matt Lowton play knew he was destined for a higher league we should be thank full that we have an academy that is producing saleable players. None of the other teams in the area are. In todays financial climate its just a fact of life that we have to sell to buy better that than the mes other clubs not tofar away from us got into a few years ago. I would rather wheel and deal and PAY our debts than go into administration and rip people off. I am sure that there are plans in place to replace Matt but also the money could mean we are able to keep Macca and Willo.
