I really see us finishing 1st and auto matic promotion. Reason being
1. Danny Wilson got them playing good passing football. Which is how it should be.
2. Steve Simonsen I feel has improved a lot over pre-season.
3. New players have all proven to be quality players.
Jean-Francois is the best left back we've had in years. Great at getting forward and looks very strong.
Kevin MacDonald brilliant at receiving and passing the ball looks like the new playmaker in central midfield.
Mendez-Laing looks very strong and good on the ball
I've seen Chris Porter at Derby County he'll be one of our top goal scorers this season
As for new youngsters Harry Maguire very strong and good centre back I can see a future captain of sheff utd in him.
Jordan Slew I feel will be Premiership quality as he gets older and gains more experience. Slew is quick. and can finish which we havent had one of those strikers for years.
4. The faith and belief seems to be back in the players again they have confidence not like last year you could see they'd lost all confidence towards the end of last year. Thank You Danny Wilson for bringing that back. It seems to have come back with the fans as well we all have confidence that we'll get promoted and once again we need to thank Wilson for that.
5. Finally it may not be relevant but can't wait to batter pigs home and away.
Thank You Danny Wilson for giving us hope again I personally think that under him we could be very successful especially if he ever gets money to spend. Look at players he got free imagine what he could have got with a couple of million. Looking forward to rest of season and Wilson's reign.
Did you see simonsen last night last season all over again
I know mate I wrote this before I went to Walsall game. But I agree he made a good 3 fumbles 1 being their second goal. Even if he did get fouled he had know need to get him self booked afterwards because he couldn't keep his mouth shut. Fair enough make your point but dont continue and get booked. Yeah but that one where he scuffed it and they hit post that was so lucky. He would have been held responsible if we didn't get the 3pts for that.
Just like to add to my bit above. The defence saved Simonsen a few times I felt.
