At least Morgan would be guaranteed to keep us up

Did you go to the final matches of last season, we were crap under Morgan!
Agree8

Yeah right because he did so well when Wilson went not good enough yet to be our manager

Shandai: KR's agent has come out and said that there is no truth to the story & talks haven't even taken place, har to believe terms have "been agreed"

You can't judge morgan on last season with that poor of a squad which half are now playing in league 2 or below and still kept us in the playoff position regardless. The last game went in with weirs tactics and preperation and morgans influence changed the game second half. I say keep him in a couple more games and see how he gets on.

Looks like that short list of potential managers we had is now a very short list.

Get real we will defo go down if Morgan takes charge

Can't see us surviving this season even if Mourinho was in charge.
There are too many bigger clubs around us and I fear that we can't match them squad wise.

Weir has assembled a decent squad. Pity he didn't get the time to see it through, but whoever takes over should have a good chance of making the play offs. ( negativity suits our friends at Hillsborough )

But we ALWAYS lose in the playoffs.
We will be lucky to stay up let alone make the playoffs.

Impossible to win playoffs and ALWAYS unlucky! Don't think so mate, UTB!
Agree5

I still believe whole heartedly we wouldn't have gone down under Weir but wouldn't have made playoffs either. BUT, his preseason objective was never to get us promoted. The board made that point very clear before the Notts County game. Next year was always the target. Our boo boys forced their hand. again!
Back the lads this weekend and UTB!

Like I said the other day the board was getting very frustrated with clough so that's why we are talking to Robinson but I've also been told don't rule out barker

Paul Walker has stated on twitter that Pete Winkleman ( MK Dons Chairman ) hasn't had any contact with the MIGHTY RED & WHITE WIZZZZARDS

Morgan to stay on as manager until end of season, with former team mate dominic roma as his number 2. Luke ancell head of youth

Paul Walker can say anything he likes, he hates the blades, just look at the phone in's he's organised on Radio Sheffield, blood money from Saudi Arabia, sex offenders signing for the blades and last weeks discusting phone-in on sacking Weir! let's hope that at last we're starting to cut him out of our business. Everybody knows we are talking to Robinson, MK Dons are just saying we haven't made an official approach but won't deny or confirm that he's in talks with us!
Agree3

They are all anti blades on radio Sheffield, piggy foster, rony trotter etc, we all should stop listening to them and let there ratings drop
Agree6

Paul Walker IS a Blade. the whole family are! He's also head of sport at Radio Sheffield and must therefore appear biased.

Dom Roma is a PE teacher at Myrtle Springs school it's highly unlikely he's going to be an assistant manager
Agree7
Disagree2
It's springs academy these days but spot on. why would Morgan want a P. E Teacher as his no2?
Agree3
Disagree3
Hes still in the game isn't he? doing some coaching too?
Agree4
Disagree0
Cant see morgs getting the job
Agree2

A friend of mine is currently doing his A license and told me that dom roma was on the same course, apparently been coaching across at the pigs for a few years and wants to get into coaching?

Can’t understand why Cloughs compo claims against Derby would stop him taking on another managerial position while that claim was ongoing. Sven would be an over expensive has been. With all that’s gone off this week, Robinson would now be my number 1 choice.

I think it's safe to say that NO ONE knows who's going to be the next manager yet. The (lies) rumour mill is just fans (probably not even Blades) stirring things up. let's wait until something iron clad comes out. tv reckon Sven is still in the running as well as Clough and Robinson! Who knows?!

. or the Bookies, they must love it when a club looks for a new Manager!
