So as Monday night approaches Nigel Stated a few surplus to requirements already and could go out on loan to pave way for 2 loans in.
Out - porter, butler, willis & mcginn
In - Pearce (subject to leeds getting Harry, plus a striker (other than Ched) lenell John-Lewis from Grimsby a name I've heard is a possibility

Lucas Dawson formerly of Stoke City - central midfielder - played couple of Europa League games - could be joining us. Source: Stoke City FC chat room (by the same guy who put they'd signed James Beattie 2 days before we knew!)

2.) Even if this rumour was true! Why on earth would we want another central midfielder!! UTB

Please get it out your head about Chris Wood! I work with his girlfriend and he's on a cushy number at Leicester. If he goes out on loan - subject to Leicester signing Frazier Campbell - Huddersfield & Wolves are interested and he'd go Championship.
Chris Wood won't be signing. End of.
There's no contracts getting signed anywhere as yet. As Ched Evans people have said he's adjusting to life out of orison then releasing a video statement next week. Until then, everything's all speculation.
Harry Maguire is going to Leeds on loan & that allows us to take Pearce on a permanent deal. A leader at the back in Pearce makes much more sense as well.
I work with Chris Wood's girlfriend and can categorically say that's a none starter. He's no interest of joining any league 1 side.
