His girlfriend dropped a hint on 'this morning ' saying ched can't wait to get back playing he loves the club . can only be us surely ???

Clough makes decisions on all the signings but with Ched he's saying its up to the board. i'm sure Clough will have a fair amount of input on the decision so from his comments I believe Clough wants the lad in his squad. I also think the hiarachy at united believe Ched has a very very good chance of clearing his name- Jim Phipps said something along the lines of "there are things with Cheds case that" then he stopped the sentence and talked about not affecting Cheds case and Ched affecting promotion. If Ched does clear his name i'm sure united will wants some compo aswel, which we would be very much entitled to!

All season everyone has wanted a striker, sheffield united have wanted a striker, the only reason why we havnt signed a striker, is maybe because we are holding out for him. that's the only reason i can think of why clough hasn't signed the big name we're waiting for :/
